Commit to just 20 minutes of movement. If you have time for more, great. If not, you’ve still done something. - Sunday Setup
Prep simple proteins (chicken, ground turkey, eggs), chop veggies, and make a few grab-and-go options for the week. - Movement Snacks
Five minutes of stretching between meetings. A short walk after dinner. Small moments of movement can reduce stress and improve energy. - Hydration Habit
Keep a water bottle at your desk or in your car. Add electrolytes or fruit if plain water gets boring. - Sleep as a Strategy
Set a bedtime reminder. Aim for 7-8 hours whenever possible-your body repairs, your hormones regulate, and your mood improves.
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It just needs to be consistent.
